As a whole, the system is made of stainless steel, cylinder control cleaning room frame lifting, system cleaning formula can be set, the whole system components are controlled by PLC to realize the whole process of rubber barrel soaking, hot water cleaning, disinfection cleaning, pure water cleaning, cleaning pump and other motor high and low pressure protection, overheating protection and other process. user can control the temperature, pressure, time, step and other process parameters in the cleaning process by TS (touch screen). each detection parameter and parameter curve diagram in the preparation process can be copied for data analysis. During the whole cleaning process about 11 minutes (2 barrels), the inner and outer wall of the barrel can be cleaned at the same time, no glue marks, the cleaning effect is up to standard, meet the GMP requirements, the waste water after cleaning is discharged into the designated pool, the waste glue in the pool can be recycled and reused, all the equipment in the system can automatically complete the cleaning and disinfection, detection, drainage.
